WASF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WASF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 746 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF125, MED31, and AKAP3. Each is linked with WASF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASF3-to-partner and partner-to-WASF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF125 grouped by WASF3-low versus WASF3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
