Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,001 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PACC1, ZUP1, and APBA2. Each is linked with WASF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASF1-to-partner and partner-to-WASF1 results are reported.
