Across TCGA cell cohorts, WASF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,256 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, Regulation of termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, poly(A)-coupled, and Regulation of termination of DNA-templated transcription. Each is linked with WASF1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASF1-to-partner and partner-to-WASF1 results are reported.
