Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, WASF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,476 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WASF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM17, NDRG1, and FBH1. Each is linked with WASF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASF1-to-partner and partner-to-WASF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WASF1 versus RBM17 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
