Across TCGA cell cohorts, WASF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,077 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WASF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Myelin maintenance, N-acetylneuraminate biosynthetic process, and Pentose catabolic process. Each is linked with WASF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASF1-to-partner and partner-to-WASF1 results are reported.
