Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WAC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,971 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WAC-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUV39H2, NUDT5, and MTPAP. Each is linked with WAC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WAC-to-partner and partner-to-WAC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WAC versus SUV39H2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→WAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
