WAC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WAC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WAC-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1_pT37_T46, C-Raf, and INPP4B. Each is linked with WAC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WAC-to-partner and partner-to-WAC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1_pT37_T46 grouped by WAC-low versus WAC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→WAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
