Across TCGA cell cohorts, WAC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,744 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WAC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of microtubule depolymerization, Mitochondrial RNA 3'-end processing, and Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation. Each is linked with WAC in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WAC-to-partner and partner-to-WAC results are reported.
