WAC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WAC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,257 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WAC-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPF1, MPP6, and FCGR1A. Each is linked with WAC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WAC-to-partner and partner-to-WAC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WAC versus DPF1 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→WAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
