WAC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WAC protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,854 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WAC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Androgen metabolic process, Cellular response to ketone, and Amelogenesis. Each is linked with WAC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WAC-to-partner and partner-to-WAC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Androgen metabolic process grouped by WAC-low versus WAC-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

protein abundance associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→WAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
