Across TCGA cell cohorts, WAC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WAC-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA7, C1orf158, and GAGE12E. Each is linked with WAC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WAC-to-partner and partner-to-WAC results are reported.
