WAC-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WAC-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,493 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WAC-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF25, ZNF37A, and WAC. Each is linked with WAC-AS1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WAC-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-WAC-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WAC-AS1 versus ZNF25 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WAC-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WAC-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
