VWDE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VWDE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 582 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VWDE-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR3A1, KRTAP2-1, and NCAM2. Each is linked with VWDE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWDE-to-partner and partner-to-VWDE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR3A1 grouped by VWDE-low versus VWDE-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VWDE→partner) and Y-score (partner→VWDE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
