VWCE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VWCE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VWCE-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP5-6, TLE7, and RPS12. Each is linked with VWCE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWCE-to-partner and partner-to-VWCE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP5-6 grouped by VWCE-low versus VWCE-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VWCE→partner) and Y-score (partner→VWCE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
