Across TCGA patient cohorts, VTRNA2-1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VTRNA2-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP416. Each is linked with VTRNA2-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VTRNA2-1-to-partner and partner-to-VTRNA2-1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP416 grouped by VTRNA2-1-low versus VTRNA2-1-high in SKCM.
