Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, VTA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,068 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VTA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEPT1, MARCKSL1, and PCDH1. Each is linked with VTA1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VTA1-to-partner and partner-to-VTA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VTA1 versus CEPT1 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VTA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VTA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
