Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 227 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VSX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-262P, CAPZA3, and IGLJ5. Each is linked with VSX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSX1-to-partner and partner-to-VSX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-262P grouped by VSX1-low versus VSX1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
