Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSTM2L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 207 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VSTM2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-68P, RPS16P3, and MTCO3P8. Each is linked with VSTM2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSTM2L-to-partner and partner-to-VSTM2L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-68P grouped by VSTM2L-low versus VSTM2L-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSTM2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSTM2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
