Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL316P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL316P expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL316P is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Additionally, RN7SL316P RNA expression shows 12,506 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in SARC. Together, these results highlight KIRC, KIRP, and SARC as cancer lineages where RN7SL316P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
