Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSNL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,936 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VSNL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASGRF2, DEPDC7, and PLAU. Each is linked with VSNL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSNL1-to-partner and partner-to-VSNL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VSNL1 versus RASGRF2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
