Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS54 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,113 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS54-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIN7C, SLAMF9, and C18orf54. Each is linked with VPS54 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS54-to-partner and partner-to-VPS54 results are reported.
