VPS53

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS53 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,708 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS53-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, DOCK2, and PLXNA3. Each is linked with VPS53 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS53-to-partner and partner-to-VPS53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by VPS53-low versus VPS53-high in PRAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS53→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
