Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS33A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,531 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS33A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGAX, APOBR, and PRAM1. Each is linked with VPS33A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS33A-to-partner and partner-to-VPS33A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS33A versus ITGAX in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS33A→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS33A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
