Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS26C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,034 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS26C-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6736, TRAJ5, and IGHD1-1. Each is linked with VPS26C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS26C-to-partner and partner-to-VPS26C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6736 grouped by VPS26C-low versus VPS26C-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS26C→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS26C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
