Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS26A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,305 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS26A-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BP8, EIF3JP1, and MSANTD2P1. Each is linked with VPS26A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS26A-to-partner and partner-to-VPS26A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BP8 grouped by VPS26A-low versus VPS26A-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS26A→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS26A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
