Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS13A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,504 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS13A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALAD, CDK20, and NOXA1. Each is linked with VPS13A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS13A-to-partner and partner-to-VPS13A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS13A→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS13A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
