VPREB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPREB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,117 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPREB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IL16, LCP1, and MZB1. Each is linked with VPREB3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPREB3-to-partner and partner-to-VPREB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPREB3 versus IL16 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPREB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPREB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
