VPREB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPREB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,793 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPREB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MZB1, CD79A, and TRBC1. Each is linked with VPREB1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPREB1-to-partner and partner-to-VPREB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPREB1 versus MZB1 in THCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPREB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPREB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
