Across TCGA cell cohorts, VNN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,112 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VNN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous antigen, and Pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with VNN1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VNN1-to-partner and partner-to-VNN1 results are reported.
