Across TCGA patient cohorts, VKORC1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,770 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VKORC1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle docking, Developmental cell growth, and Nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with VKORC1P1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VKORC1P1-to-partner and partner-to-VKORC1P1 results are reported.
