Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, VKORC1P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated VKORC1P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher VKORC1P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VKORC1P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and MESO show a favorable association.

PAAD, THYM, and CHOL are the cancer types where VKORC1P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
