VGLL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VGLL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 609 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VGLL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS53, MIR6784, and NTAN1. Each is linked with VGLL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VGLL4-to-partner and partner-to-VGLL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VPS53 grouped by VGLL4-low versus VGLL4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VGLL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→VGLL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
