VEZF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VEZF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,361 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VEZF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLF3-AS1, MKS1, and POLG2. Each is linked with VEZF1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEZF1-to-partner and partner-to-VEZF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VEZF1 versus KLF3-AS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VEZF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VEZF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
