Across TCGA cell cohorts, VEGFC mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VEGFC-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAK_8517, Sabutoclax, and KRAS (G12C) Inhibitor-12. Each is linked with VEGFC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEGFC-to-partner and partner-to-VEGFC results are reported.
