VDR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VDR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,549 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VDR-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02769, MIR3683, and MED27. Each is linked with VDR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VDR-to-partner and partner-to-VDR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02769 grouped by VDR-low versus VDR-high in OV.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VDR→partner) and Y-score (partner→VDR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
