VDAC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VDAC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,457 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VDAC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLGA7, LSM1, and BRF2. Each is linked with VDAC3 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VDAC3-to-partner and partner-to-VDAC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VDAC3 versus GOLGA7 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VDAC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→VDAC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
