VDAC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VDAC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,834 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VDAC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OCIAD1_S108, SLC20A2, and CACYBP. Each is linked with VDAC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VDAC3-to-partner and partner-to-VDAC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VDAC3 versus OCIAD1_S108 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VDAC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→VDAC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
