Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VDAC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,515 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VDAC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC20A2, POLB, and AP3M2. Each is linked with VDAC3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VDAC3-to-partner and partner-to-VDAC3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VDAC3 versus SLC20A2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VDAC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→VDAC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
