VDAC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VDAC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 103 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VDAC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF215, CALM3, and OTOP1. Each is linked with VDAC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VDAC3-to-partner and partner-to-VDAC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF215 grouped by VDAC3-low versus VDAC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VDAC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→VDAC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
