Across TCGA patient cohorts, VDAC2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,285 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VDAC2P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1_S179, SASH3, and SH2D1A. Each is linked with VDAC2P2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VDAC2P2-to-partner and partner-to-VDAC2P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VDAC2P2 versus RCSD1_S179 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
