Across TCGA patient cohorts, VDAC1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,945 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VDAC1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of SSU-rRNA, Mitochondrial translational elongation, and XMP metabolic process. Each is linked with VDAC1P2 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VDAC1P2-to-partner and partner-to-VDAC1P2 results are reported.
