Across TCGA cell cohorts, VCP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1, PRKACG, and SH3GL2. Each is linked with VCP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCP-to-partner and partner-to-VCP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACER1 grouped by VCP-low versus VCP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
