VAX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VAX1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,174 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP9, NLGN3, and ZNF69. Each is linked with VAX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAX1-to-partner and partner-to-VAX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAP9 grouped by VAX1-low versus VAX1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
