Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VASP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,648 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VASP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MORF4L1P6, NDUFS5P5, and MIR4307HG. Each is linked with VASP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VASP-to-partner and partner-to-VASP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MORF4L1P6 grouped by VASP-low versus VASP-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VASP→partner) and Y-score (partner→VASP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
