Across TCGA cell cohorts, VANGL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VANGL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR3A1, FAM90A26, and TRIM64B. Each is linked with VANGL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VANGL2-to-partner and partner-to-VANGL2 results are reported.
