VAMP8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAMP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,080 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM47, SQOR, and CLINT1. Each is linked with VAMP8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP8-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VAMP8 versus RBM47 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAMP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAMP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
