VAMP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAMP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPD1P14, GTF3AP6, and ALDH7A1P2. Each is linked with VAMP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP8-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPD1P14 grouped by VAMP8-low versus VAMP8-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAMP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAMP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
