Across TCGA cell cohorts, VAMP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,716 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytotoxic T cell degranulation, Mucus secretion, and Autophagosome membrane docking. Each is linked with VAMP8 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP8-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP8 results are reported.
