VAMP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAMP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,757 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHO2, LCP2, and WIPF1. Each is linked with VAMP5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP5-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VAMP5 versus PLEKHO2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAMP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAMP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
