Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAMP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VAMP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP414, RNA5SP411, and IGHV4-4. Each is linked with VAMP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP5-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP414 grouped by VAMP5-low versus VAMP5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAMP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAMP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
